Home care waiver, also known as funded services, are programs offered at the state level for individuals that require long-term care but wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Waiver programs are Medicaid-assisted but require that individuals meet certain eligibility requirements and fill out an application. Waiver services are offered on the state level. If you’d like to see if you are eligible for any of the programs offered in the state of Pennsylvania, you can view the information and requirements for each at the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

If you receive medical assistance through a Medicare health plan, you may receive additional home health benefits. If you’re unsure, the Medicare Interactive website is a handy tool that can help you answer questions you may have about your benefits.

Priority Caregiving Agency and all of its employees must continue physical operations because it is considered an essential business. All Direct Care Workers/HHA’s/CNA’s/ PCA need to continue their schedule with their existing Consumers/Patients.

Yes, our agency is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania. We currently accept Private Paying & Long-Term Care Insurance. We are in process of accepting the Medicare and the PA Waiver program.

Yes. Our services can be provided at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or your home. Where and how you receive services is up to you.

You’re in control of who cares for you. Before services are started, your professional care coordinator visits you for a free home evaluation. The information he or she gathers is designed to help select your caregiver and make an ideal match-up. Then, we always advise that you have a special face-to-face interview with your potential caregiver. If for any reason this person doesn’t meet your expectations, a simple call to the office is all that’s needed to make a caregiver change. We strive for 100% client satisfaction.
